1. All items displayed here are BRAND NEW & USED.

2. All items reserved are based on first come, first serve basis.

3. Reservations can only be made for a maximum of 3 days, before I open the item for sale (again) to the next interested customer. No last minute back outs or cancellation will be entertained.

4. Payment must be made upon confirmation, and must be deposited into my CIMB account

5. Item(s) sold 'as it is' and is non returnable, non-refundable & all sales are FINAL. So do please really confirmed the size . Product colour might vary with real product due to monitor or camera setting. First come first serve basis.

6. The prices for the items are non nego as I already set the best and lowest price for ease of transaction.
